Repentance
True repentance is not merely confessing sin but involves a continual process of turning away from sin, aligning thoughts with God’s Word, and allowing this transformation to affect speech, actions, and behavior. Through repentance, God refines us and leads us into the destiny He has for our lives. In this lesson, you’ll learn:
- The foundational role of repentance in your relationship with God. Hebrews 6:1
- How repentance involves confessing sin, turning to God’s righteousness, and bearing fruit. Romans 2:4, Matthew 3:8
- The 8 steps of repentance, including confession, cleansing, and transformation through Jesus. 1 John 1:9, 2 Corinthians 7:10
You’ll finish this lesson equipped to embrace God’s grace, overcome sin, and walk boldly into your destiny.
SESSION C
Healing of the Soul
God desires for us to be healthy and whole in spirit, soul, and body. In this lesson, you’ll learn:
- The four parts of the soul—mind, will, emotions, and identity—and how trauma affects each.
- The symptoms and root causes of unresolved trauma; including shame, guilt, and condemnation.
- Â How Jesus brings healing, freedom, and restoration through the divine exchange. Luke 4:18-19, Isaiah 61:1-3
